​Phone and text

If you provide a phone number, we may call or text you about appointments or care.
Please tell us if you do not want messages left.

If you provide an email address, we may use it to send information about your care unless you ask us not to.

We use secure systems to protect emails and attachments. However, email is not completely secure.

Please do not email us in an emergency.
If you are at risk, contact NHS 111 or 999.

We keep your information confidential and secure using appropriate technical and organisational measures.

Records may be held electronically or on paper and are kept only for as long as required by law and professional guidance. When no longer needed, they are securely destroyed.
